This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well cleaned and the linen was frequently replaced, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service with their friendly and helpful attitude. The basic amenities, such as the good beds and the well-equipped kitchenette, added to the overall convenience of the hotel. Lastly, the reliable wifi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's central location in the heart of the city made it extremely convenient. Just like other guests mentioned, the hotel is situated near the main pedestrian street and within walking distance to several popular attractions, ensuring that everything is easily accessible.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory and met my expectations.

The cleaning staff seemed overworked and our room was not cleaned until very late in the day and ended.up once just asking for clean towels. The staff was very pleasant

The internet was expensive and not functional msot fo the time. The kitchettes were nto equipped and the fridge door did nto close - we booked this hotel partly due to havign access to kitchen and it was disappointing. The staff were not always helpful - varied to the individual.

Lastly, the hotel offered good wifi, allowing me to easily stay connected during my visit.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel for four nights. The location is perfect, as it is situated in the city center and very close to the bus station. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

They remove the small kitchen service that they had in the room.

The hotel did not live up to expectations. The room was very old and run-down, and not at all like the photos online.

Internet was off on first floor for several days. Single beds a little too narrow.And the noise was bad. Need more in house controls.
